The hotel room was a bit disappointing this time around. It felt cramped with thin walls, lacking privacy for multiple people sharing. However, the open-air amenities were amazing and very clean. The staff were stellar, and the on-site facilities like the restaurant and beach were top-notch. The view outside the front door was simply breathtaking.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The spacious rooms were immaculate, well-stocked with all the usual amenities like a minifridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff ready to assist with any questions. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lake Chelan. Though the dining experience took a bit longer than expected, the delicious traditional Italian dishes made up for the wait.
